2023-2024 Housing Application Opens for New Students on May 4, 2023

The Housing Application for the Academic Year 2023-2024 will open on Thursday, May 4, 2023 by 12PM PST.

Academic Year 2023-2024 Housing Application Open for Continuing Students until Fall 2023

The continuing student Housing Application will continue to be open throughout the rest of the spring quarter and the summer time. We will continue to take applications on a rolling basis and follow-up with students with either wait list information or assignment details.

Academic Year 2023-2024 Housing Exemption Form Opens Thursday, May 4, 2023

The exemption form for the 2023-2024 year will open on Thursday, May 4, 2023 for new, incoming students for Fall 2023.

Welcome to the Housing Portal! This is your one-stop-shop location for all things related to your housing experience on campus. Please read below about what you can do within the different locations on the user bar above:


On this tab you will be able to do the following:

  • Housing Application: You will be able to fill out a Housing Application to live on-campus
  • Housing Exemption: You will be able to fill out a Housing Exemption form if you wish to live at home and commute to campus.
  • Waitlist Status: If you are a continuing student and have been added to the housing wait list for fall, you will be able to see your live wait list status.
  • Housing Assignment Confirmation: You will be able to view your Housing Assignment Confirmation (if applicable—and when available—throughout an academic year)
  • Roommate Search: You will be able to search for a roommate after you have completed a Housing Application (when available).
  • Accept or Decline a Housing Offer: If you have recently been offered a housing spot off the wait list you will be able to log on and accept or decline that offer.


On this tab you will be able to do the following:

  • Room Change Request: You can submit a request to change rooms.
  • Housing Cancellation: If you wish to submit a request to cancel your Housing Application and/or assignment, you will need to fill out a request form here
  • Meal Plan Change Request: If you wish to adjust your meal plan you can do so here.
  • Adding a Supplmental Meal Plan: If you wish to add a smaller meal plan to your account you may do so here (note: this page is only available starting 1 month before the end of each quarter)
  • Early Arrival and Late Departure Requests: You may request to arrive early before the start of the fall and/or winter quarters.


On this tab you will be able to update personal information such as your name, addresses on file, and phone numbers (personal numbers and emergency contact information)
